Pete and Charlie, owners of In & Out Home Improvements. We have been renovating homes since 2009.

Peter has been interested in woodwork since high school, which led to an apprenticeship in cabinetry and joinery, and enjoyed 15 years of experience in this trade before diversifying into other building trades- now as a registered builder. Having a keen eye for detail, he prides himself on a quality finish and clean work environment.

Charlie has been working in management within the building industry for 9 years before we embarked on our renovation business. Charlie’s strengths in project management, coordinating supplies, and budgeting are a great asset to any renovation project. During this time her love for interior design grew. “The more you practice something the more you realise your potential in something. I found that in design.” Now a fully qualified interior designer. “I have loved creating spaces for my clients that offer, a sense of themselves in a space that makes them feel inspired and calm”.

While predominantly focusing on our client’s projects, occasionally we like to renovate our own homes, which can be a challenge with a young family. We enjoy the conversion of old to new striving to salvage elements of the past and incorporate them into the design.

We are fully qualified to complete any renovation project from start to finish in both building, designing, and project management.
